Core Responsibilities

The Operations Associate Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and tracking inventory and supplies
  • Coordinating local delivery schedules and addressing urgent supply needs
  • Ensuring seamless inventory management at healthcare facilities
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing data to identify trends and issues
  • Building and maintaining relationships to enhance customer service
  • Overseeing departmental budgets and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Understanding the financial implications of operational activities
  • Assisting in troubleshooting financial discrepancies
  • Supporting participants in achieving their financial objectives

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma with 3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of job-specific experience.
  • Preferred: 3 years of leadership or management experience.

Preferred Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • 2 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
