About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Acoustic Consultant to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will work on projects that meet our clients' objectives and solve their challenges. The role involves developing initial project-specific acoustic design goals and concepts, as well as architectural, mechanical, and structural solutions to achieve these goals.

Responsibilities:

• Development of initial, project-specific Acoustic design goals/concepts
• Development of architectural, mechanical, and structural solutions to achieve project design goals
• Calculations of HVAC system noise and Reverberation Time
• Periodic review of project drawings & specifications throughout design for incorporation of acoustic design elements
• Survey and evaluation of existing acoustic conditions
• Three-dimensional acoustic modeling
• Construction Administration / Site Observations
• Report preparation to communicate design & construction recommendations to clients and end users
• Attend client meetings
