Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinic RN to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a Senior Clinic RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Center's clinical standards.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will have 3 years of recent RN experience in an in-patient care or specialty care setting and possess strong leadership skills. They will be expected to follow professional standards of nursing practice, procedures, and protocols, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Salary and Benefits: Our best-in-class benefits package includes a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing. Upon hire, you must have a Washington Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification. Within 90 days of hire, you must also obtain ACLS certification. Preferred qualifications include coursework/training in equipment and instrument sterilization, sterile technique, and training in equipment used within the specialty department.
