Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our esteemed healthcare facility. This role involves working with advanced imaging technology to provide high-quality diagnostic services.

Certification Requirements
  • Mandatory Certifications: ARRT (MR) or AMRIT
Job Responsibilities
  • Orientation: Conducted weekly on Mondays.
  • Facility Overview: Part of the largest healthcare provider in west central Pennsylvania.
  • Hospital Classification: Flagship institution of Conemaugh Health System, serving as a tertiary care regional referral hospital.
  • Trauma Center Level: Level 1 Trauma Center.
  • Intensive Care Nursery Level: Level 3 Regional Intensive Care Nursery.
  • Specialty Care: High Risk OB services available.
Qualifications
  • Clearances Required: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Department of Human Services Fingerprinting, FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting, PATCH—PA State Police Clearance.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years, with proficiency in Siemens and GE scanners.
  • Education: MRI certification through ARRT or AMRIT is required.
Work Schedule
  • Shifts: 9 AM - 5 PM and 7 AM - 3 PM.
  • Weekly Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours.
  • Weekend Commitment: 8 hours.
  • On-Call Duties: Yes.
