The Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and managing incoming communications with professionalism and warmth. Key Responsibilities:

  2. Handle incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring proper telephone etiquette is followed.
  3. Take detailed messages when necessary and ensure timely communication of messages to the appropriate individuals.
  4. Welcome all visitors and staff with a friendly and accommodating attitude.
  5. Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming.
  6. Provide refreshments to guests to enhance their comfort during their visit.
  7. Assist with various facility services as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  2. Previous experience as a receptionist is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands outlined here represent the essential functions of this role. The position primarily involves sedentary work, with occasional movement throughout the day.
