Head Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at the Harraseeket Inn. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Verify ID and age requirements for all patrons
• Greet guests and make recommendations based on their tastes and preferences
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables and bar areas
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Develop and implement menu offerings and promotions
• Assist with bar scheduling and staff management

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of mixology and ability to create unique cocktails
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
