Job Summary:

Infojini Healthcare is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in Interventional Radiology. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing interventional and special radiographic procedures, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional and special radiographic procedures, including cardiac and vascular interventions
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of radiography, anatomy, and physiology, as well as applicable diagnostic equipment and procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, adhering to radiation safety and infection control protocols
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest techniques and technologies

Requirements:

• R.T. (R) certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• 2 years of experience in interventional and special radiographic procedures, with hybrid IR experience preferred
• Cardiac Interventional or vascular interventional registry by ARRT or registry eligible with 6-month completion requirement
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Connecticut State license to practice radiography
