Job Summary

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in construction site management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Document Review and Planning: Ensure that all construction plans and contract scopes are reviewed and updated as necessary.
  • Construction: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Project Close-out: Coordinate the completion of punch lists and warranty-related tasks to ensure a smooth handover to the client.
