Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Oncology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing clinical knowledge of our products to medical professionals and driving sales growth in the oncology market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to achieve sales targets
  • Provide clinical knowledge of our products to medical professionals and effectively communicate the clinical and economic benefits
  • Utilize internal and external relationships to service and manage accounts, including ensuring product access and resolving reimbursement issues
  • Craft an effective marketing strategy to drive sales and analyze business effectiveness of sales activities
  • Partner with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve sales performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
  • Product or hospital sales experience in oncology or related fields
  • Strong understanding of the oncology market and disease states
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
