Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cardiac Catheterization Technologist to join our team. As a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including cardiac catheterization machines and imaging systems
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Cardiovascular Technologist Program (CVT) or equivalent
  • AART License required
  • An active, current state license
  • Special requirements: Prefer experience in Strokes and STEMIs
  • American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
  • Additional certifications may be required
