About the Role:

This is a 0.75 FTE position with variable shifts, including 8- and 12-hour combos, with every third weekend rotation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs
  • Maintain education and competencies to remain proficient in obstetric nursing practice
  • Establish realistic and measurable patient expected outcomes based on nursing diagnoses
  • Coordinate and delegate care effectively to ensure safe and effective delivery of services
  • Fulfill all organizational requirements and participate in unit operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required if working in state of MN upon hire
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent required
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation - Multisource required for identified units per hiring manager
  • ACLS required for identified units per hiring manager

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $123,000 annually, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
