We are seeking a highly skilled RN Break Relief Float Pool to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Washington. As a RN Break Relief Float Pool, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

The successful candidate will have 1 year of nursing experience and be certified in their area of specialty. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 per year, with opportunities for additional compensation through shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime premiums, and bonuses.

About the Role: As a RN Break Relief Float Pool, you will provide direct patient care and support the nursing team in various departments throughout the hospital. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
