A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at DG Partnership.
We are seeking a skilled professional to handle various tasks related to vehicle maintenance and repair, including routine services, diagnosing complex issues, and performing repairs and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems, and be proficient in using power tools and diagnostic equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension repairs
- Use power tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs and maintenance
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues or safety concerns
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends

The Person
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician having worked in a shop environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting
- Missouri State Inspectors License a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
