About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sports Official/Referee. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants in sports activities.

The estimated salary for this position is $28,000 - $38,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities include understanding and implementing rules of assigned sport, focusing on participant experience and safety at all times. You will also provide interpretation and demonstration to all participants, including those with special needs. Active participation in department meetings and trainings is also required.

Requirements:
1. At least 16 years of age
2. Ability to work with participants of various ages with a focus on youth
3. Knowledge of the game being officiated and previous officiating and/or trainings a plus
4. Demonstrated maturity, sound judgment and strong sense of responsibility
