About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supervisor to join our Permanency team at TFI Family Services, Inc.

As a Supervisor, you will oversee a team of case managers and support workers who work with children and families to ensure they receive the necessary supports and services to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of case managers and support workers
  • Collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive the necessary supports and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to support families and children in achieving their goals
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practices in family services
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a strong background in social work or a related field, with experience in case management and supervision. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, or an advanced degree in social work or a related field, is required. BSRB licensure is also required.
