About the PositionWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Reliant-Dexter House HealthCare. This is a long-term position, lasting 13 weeks, and offers the opportunity to work with clients and provide rehabilitation therapy services.
Responsibilities and ExpectationsThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care;
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans;
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify client needs;
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care;
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records.
To be considered for this position, you must have a degree in Physical Therapy and relevant clinical experience. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
