Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RV Technician to join our service department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various systems of recreational vehicles, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Inspecting RVs to identify issues and developing comprehensive repair plans.
• Replacing or repairing damaged components, such as awnings, slide-outs, generators, and water systems.
• Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new RVs to ensure quality and functionality.
• Communicating effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Adhering to safety protocols and standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience as an RV Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Certification from an accredited RV technician program or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
