Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our Steele Street Medical Center team in Tacoma, Washington.

Our medical center offers a range of services, including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Activity, Sports, & Exercise Medicine, The Adolescent Center, Occupational Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Social Work Services.

Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology services are also available on site.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing their health and well-being.
  2. Collaborate with our team to address the fundamental, social, and emotional needs of our patients.
  3. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of our medical center's policies and procedures.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $267,336 to $314,513, prorated based on FTE.

Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and cash balance pension plan.

We also offer four weeks of paid vacation leave and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
