Lovelace Medical Group is hiring a board certified/eligible Neurologist to join our outpatient practice at the Lovelace Neuroscience Center of Excellence in Albuquerque, NM. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a reliable, communicative, and team-oriented environment, where attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills are highly valued.
This is a general neurology practice (outpatient, clinical) where the selected individual will administer botox, perform EMG and read EEG. Located onsite at the Lovelace Medical Center, a Primary Stroke Center with a 21-bed stroke unit.
About this Clinical Neurologist Job Opening:- Full-Time Employment (1.0 FTE)
- Join a team of 4 Neurologists and Support Staff
- Onsite procedure room available
- Outpatient Only
- Weekdays Only: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (32 hours per week)
- Dedicated Time: 1 hour lunch and 1 hour administrative daily
- Daily Patient Load: 14-27
- Shared Clinic Call: 1:4/1:5 (telephone only, weekly)- no hospital call required.
- Physician will administer botox, perform EMGs, read EEGs
- EMR: Epic
- ABPN Board Certified/Eligible Neurologist
- Neurology Residency Trained
- Experienced and Graduating Neurologists are encouraged to apply

The Lovelace Neurosciences Center is a state-of-the-art 12,000 sq. ft. facility that opened in 2017. The all-encompassing neurological clinic can help patients address issues from headaches to spinal and cranial surgeries and incorporates cutting-edge technology such as Gamma Knife Radiosurgery, SmartSkan, EMGs, EEG, sterotactic neuronagivation, brain endoscopy, brain mapping and awake brain surgery, artificial cervical and lumbar disc and vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty.
