Director of Clinical Operations

Mission Neighborhood Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Operations to lead our clinical operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our clinical operations, including patient flow, staff scheduling, and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical operations policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Lead a team of clinical managers and coordinators to ensure efficient clinic flow, productivity, and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with the Director of Quality Improvement and Population Health to lead process improvement efforts centered on patient access, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Develop and execute operating plans to balance key business objectives, including patient access and experience, teammate engagement and retention, clinical quality, and operational excellence.
- Provide oversight in areas such as referral processes, immunization inventory management, laboratory systems, and medical records management.
- BA/BS in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Policy, or related field.
- Two years of ambulatory care clinic or hospital experience.
- Three years progressively responsible management experience.
- Commitment to the populations served by Mission Neighborhood Health Center.
- Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Services Administration, or Business Administration.
- Lean/Kaizen Certification.
- Experience working with community health centers.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
