Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing ABA treatment plans, providing one-on-one therapy to children, and working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA treatment plans as directed by BCBAs
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Record and graph therapy data
  • Attend monthly trainings, supervision, and workshops
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, including appearance, punctuality, and communication with all stakeholders
Requirements
  • Either possess or be able to obtain an RBT credential through the BACB
  • 2 years of experience in ABA or a related field preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
  • Full coverage automobile insurance
  • Pass a federal, state, and county criminal background check
  • BLS and CPR certification
  • Ability to attend yearly NCI training and monthly staff training
