Arabic Language Specialist

Cherokee Analytics is seeking an experienced Arabic Language Instructor to develop, maintain, and deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
- Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system.
- Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
- Develops and maintain training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
- Provide direct language instruction to assigned and attached personnel.
- Train using job-related and general language materials that are designed to remediate, sustain, and enhance both mission-language skills and global language skills.
- Develop language training curricula to meet training objectives.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Ability to complete a National Agency Check.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the Arabic language.
- Knowledge of culture and military aspects of the Arabic language.
- Minimum tested score of 3/3/3 proficiency on a DLPT or 3/3 equivalent on an equivalent testing standard.
- Native fluency in Arabic language.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences.
- Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
- Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
