We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Level 3 NICU team. Our NICU is located on the West wing of the 5th floor, providing private suites for parents to stay with their newborn. Our multidisciplinary team includes Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP), highly skilled RNs, and a dedicated NICU Respiratory Therapist (RN). Our daily rounds include the parents (if available), Neonatologist, NNP, RT, ST, PT, Pharmacist, primary nurse, and Charge nurse.

We care for neonates from 26 weeks and up, offering full body cooling, Brain-Z monitoring, high frequency ventilators/oscillators, and iNO therapy. Our nurse-patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3 based on acuity. RNs are required to have NRP certification. We also offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Must have RN NICU experience
  • Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
  • Preferred Education: BSN
  • License: current RN license in our state
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
