Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Driller Assistant to join our team at Summit Drilling. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety First: Adhere to all safety programs and policies, participate in daily safety briefings, and properly use personal protective equipment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily checks and routine maintenance of drilling equipment, report malfunctions or repair needs, and manage tool inventory.
  • Operational Support: Assist in site setup, material handling, and waste management, support drilling process and data collection, and maintain site cleanliness.
  • Client Satisfaction: Interact professionally with clients, update them on project progress, and address their questions and concerns promptly.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in drilling or a related field such as construction is required.
  • Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Safety Mindset: A safety-first mindset with a commitment to quality is essential.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $23-$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:

  • Compensation: Starting salary $23-$28 per hour, increasing with experience and licensure.
