Position Details

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM, 4 days on/4 days off
Location: Plant City, FL
Compensation: $15.18/hr plus a $0.50 shift differential

Role Responsibilities

This entry-level position involves working with inline labeling machines to support our packaging production line. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and maintaining labeling machinery.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
  • Following safety protocols and supporting our safety initiatives.
Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: A minimum of one year in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is desirable.

Required Skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with standard hand tools.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and diagrams in English.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Physical Requirements

Applicants must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry products weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Perform repetitive tasks, including climbing stairs.
