Lead Our Mental Health Division

We are seeking a seasoned Medical Director to oversee our Psychiatry division and drive excellence in psychiatric care. You will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical protocols, providing expert guidance to our mental health professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Supervise and mentor psychiatry staff and other mental health professionals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry is required.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health regulations and best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives in healthcare settings.
