We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Ortho/Med/Surg Unit at our Level IV Trauma Center in Ontario, Oregon. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with colleagues, and promote the physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide hands-on patient care to a variety of patients, including those with orthopedic and medical surgical conditions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and educate patients on their care and treatment.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
