Job Summary

As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with colleagues, and promote the physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on patient care to a variety of patients, including those with orthopedic and medical surgical conditions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and educate patients on their care and treatment.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
