Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to become a vital member of our team focused on Parts for our Distribution Unit.

In this position, you will contribute significantly in the following areas:
  • Adhere to established protocols and standards to receive, manage, store, execute system transactions, and distribute parts within the local branch, ensuring thorough checks for damages and inconsistencies.
  • Deliver precise documentation and maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the entire process.
  • Engage with both internal and external clients at the parts counter within the local branch.
  • Complete training in accordance with business needs.
  • Operate forklifts and various warehouse equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
  • No prior work experience is necessary.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent educational attainment is required.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and wear necessary personal protective equipment.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Some work experience and intermediate knowledge gained through training or on-the-job experience in customer order management, account management, or supply chain operations is preferred.

Salary will be determined based on experience. Responsibilities

Education, Licenses, Certifications

A high school diploma or equivalent educational attainment is required. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, report generation, and advanced computer skills are necessary. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Some work experience or intermediate knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience is required. Experience with Heavy Truck and/or Engine Parts is preferred. A valid driver’s license is necessary for this role.
