Key Responsibilities
  • Perform custodial and maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, plumbing, and carpentry
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance tasks
  • Assist with pool maintenance and exterior maintenance, including trimming trees and pressure washing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster connections with members
  • Participate in in-service trainings and complete required certifications
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous related work experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain a criminal record clearance
  • Ability to participate in the DMV Pull Program
