About the Role

As a Speech Language Pathologist at PruittHealth, you will be responsible for evaluating, assessing, and treating patients with speech and language disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will help our residents regain their communication skills, improve their cognitive function, and enhance their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist at PruittHealth, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and assessing patients with speech and language disorders

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Providing speech and language therapy to patients

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid professional SLP license in the state of practice

• A graduate degree from an ASHA-accredited school

• Foreign-trained graduates must have their program deemed substantially equivalent to a Speech Language Pathology entry-level education in the U.S. by a credentials evaluation organization approved by ASHA
