Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Ski Technician to join our team at Ski Butlers. As a Ski Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest quality equipment, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver ski/snowboard rentals and accessories to customers' accommodations, providing excellent service and ensuring timely arrivals.
  • Equipment Management: Choose the right equipment for each guest, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
  • Communication: Set clear expectations with customers, providing detailed information about the scope of service, and ensuring seamless communication throughout their stay.
  • Shop Responsibilities: Assist with packing orders, basic ski tuning, waxing, and maintenance of equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
