We are a Top Workplace that values engineering excellence and client satisfaction. As a Transportation Civil Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various transportation projects, including traffic engineering, roadway design, and plan production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in civil engineering projects, including tasks involving planning, design, and construction observation.
- Prepare reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Perform construction staking, construction administration duties, and assist with calculations.
- Contribute to the development of infrastructure systems that serve all people.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree program or closely related program from an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8; desired GPA of 3.2 or above.
- Sophomore or above with completed coursework in general surveying and AutoCAD drafting.
- Ability to work in extended outdoor conditions and be physically capable of navigating rugged terrain.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation or ability to use public transportation.
