Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Voter Registration Canvasser with Forward Majority. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in leadership, communication, advocacy, community outreach, campaign work, public policy, and social enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Deliver a compelling campaign message and collect complete survey answers from voters
  • Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills
  • Follow safety protocols and comply with daily health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Passionate about progressive politics and fostering democracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups
  • Hard worker with a strong work ethic and motivation to engage with the community
  • Culturally competent and able to respectfully engage with teammates and the community

Benefits:

  • $25/hour for canvassers and $27/hour for Team Leaders
  • Driver bonuses, paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals
  • Option to opt into company healthcare plan for full-time staff
