We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Grand Hotel. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our Team Member housing units.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare Team Member housing units to the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Make beds, change linens, and ensure the overall presentation of the room is inviting and welcoming.
  • Replenish amenities, towels, and other supplies as needed to ensure a comfortable stay for our Team Members.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Vacuum and clean carpets and floors to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, providing exceptional service to our Team Members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred, but not required.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our Team Members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, as well as lift and move heavy objects as needed.
