Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide guidance and education to customers regarding their individual needs, ensuring they receive the correct medication that will best benefit their specific illness and medical condition.
- Product Promotion: Promote and sell all products, including flower, edibles, oils, and tablets, to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Intake and Sales: Ensure all intake forms and paperwork are properly completed and filed correctly, then enter all appropriate information in company databases for future reference.
- Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and update databases as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on product availability and customer records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with dispensing facility leadership to deliver results in a fast-paced environment where systems and processes are continuously evolving.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience: Two years of direct customer service experience required, with retail experience a strong plus.
- Skills: Experience with Point-of-Sales systems, understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time, use hands to perform manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance).
