About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Meat Associate to join our team at Ingles Markets. As a Meat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of productivity, and complying with all safety and sanitation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-quality meat cuts in our Meat or Seafood sections
• Assist with packaging products, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining strict sanitization standards
• Work alongside a dedicated team to offer customers the best meat in town
• Share expertise with others by answering customer questions
• Maintain excellent sanitary conditions within the department

Requirements:

• Interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and comply with safety and sanitation procedures
• Related experience is a plus, but not required
