  • Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms within a multidisciplinary care environment.
  • Capacity to work in a senior care setting without posing a health or safety risk to oneself or others.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
