Key Responsibilities
The Pulmonary Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. This role involves collaboration with medical teams to provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring an outstanding patient experience.
- Evaluate patient conditions upon admission and throughout each shift, noting any changes.
- Carry out medical procedures as directed by healthcare providers.
- Accurately document care provided in patient medical records.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
- Stay informed about medications, procedures, and equipment relevant to pulmonary and medical-surgical care.
Qualifications Required:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- Current Registered Nurse license within 30 days of hire.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
This position requires full vaccination for COVID-19 as per local, state, and federal regulations, unless an exemption is approved.
