  • Achieve high-volume new business production through effective phone and email communication
  • Leverage innovative technology and data to enhance the quoting and sales process, ensuring optimal coverage for clients
  • Exhibit a confident and engaging personality that positively influences client interactions
  • Develop and maintain ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, managers, loan officers, and industry peers
  • Possess experience across multiple lines of insurance
  • Familiarity with AMS360, AgencyZoom CRM, and carrier portals is advantageous
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving results, with resilience in the face of rejection
  • Be a confident, goal-oriented self-starter who excels both independently and in collaborative settings
  • Contribute positively to the company culture by effectively relating to clients and industry professionals through various communication platforms.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a Property & Casualty insurance license or be open to obtaining one through on-the-job training
  • Experience in quoting multiple lines of insurance
  • Willingness to travel to regional offices and company events as needed
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new systems
  • A genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and remain coachable
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while exceeding client expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven closing abilities
  • Participation in an in-office training program is required
