Salary:$55,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tutoring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in reading instruction, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions for students aged 4-18
  • Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet individual student needs
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in reading instruction and adapt to new developments

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (desired)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
