Certification Requirements:
- Current Indiana nursing license or active compact license (preferred)
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Job Details:
- Specialty: Medical Surgical / Telemetry
- Facility Type: Level II Trauma and Teaching Facility
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Med/Surg (2 years preferred)
- Travel experience required
- Trauma level 1 or 2 experience required
- Telemetry experience is highly preferred
- Recent EPIC experience is mandatory (checkoff class required)
Contract Information:
- Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 (48 upon request)
Shift Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
Floating Requirements:
- Flexibility to float between campuses as needed
Weekend and Holiday Requirements:
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Unit Specific Information:
- Midtown: Med/Surg, Renal, Observation, Oncology/Pulmonary, Ortho/Neuro/Trauma, Cardiovascular
- Gateway: Surgery/Oncology, General Med/Tele, Neuro/Surgical, Observation, Ortho/Surgical, Med/Surg/Neuro, Med/Surg/Ortho, Telemetry Stepdown
- Henderson: Med/Surg, Med/Surg/Ortho
