Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team at Toyota of Plano. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, mentoring junior technicians, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and computerized systems.
  • Mentor and train junior technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure that all repairs are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Perform quality inspections and test drives to ensure that all vehicles meet our high standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Master Technician or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and state inspection license required.
