We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Saint Vincent's Medical Center Riverside. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant data.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
