Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of productivity management systems, labor budgeting, and process analyses and improvement.
  • Provide operational support to senior leadership, including focused analyses and improvement efforts, and management of administrative projects and efforts.
  • Offer decision support, including clinical decision support and ongoing performance improvement support.
  • Manage the balanced scorecard and report related performance metrics.
  • Coordinate and support patient satisfaction improvement efforts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and communication skillset, with experience in database analysis and a preferred background in coding and database experience with SQL and Tableau.
