Job Description: Developmental Specialist - VPK
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Precious Gems Academy Inc is committed to providing high-quality education and care for young learners. We seek a dedicated and experienced Developmental Specialist - VPK to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement developmentally appropriate games and activities
  2. Plan and manage daily and weekly schedules to optimize learning
  3. Provide basic care and support for young children
  4. Evaluate progress to ensure children meet developmental milestones
  5. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's activities

Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Developmental Specialist - VPK or Childcare provider (recommended but not required)
  • Strong understanding of child development theories
  • Patient, kind, and nurturing personality
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • First aid/CPR certification (recommended but not required)
