About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager Assistant to join our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the salon's operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Provide guidance and support to stylists and other salon team members to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Help to maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to drive sales and grow the salon's customer base.
  • Collaborate with the Salon Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve salon performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a salon management or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
