Job Title: Occupational Therapist PRN

About the Job:
At Intermountain Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses, regain their independence, and improve their quality of life.

Salary Range: $41.22 - $63.59 per hour

About the Position:
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. The successful candidate will provide occupational therapy services to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote patient progress and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess patients' conditions and develop effective treatment plans to address their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
* Provide hands-on therapy sessions, education, and training to patients and their caregivers to enhance their understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate patient services.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required by regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Utah (or ability to obtain).
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in Occupational Therapy through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
