We offer a competitive salary of $30-$35 per hour, based on experience.

This part-time position requires 7+ years of Law Enforcement experience, a Colorado Armed Security Guard License, and excellent surveillance and observation skills. You will be responsible for maintaining high situational awareness, adhering to DDCues Post Orders, and reporting incidents immediately.

In this role, you will serve as a visual deterrent against theft, physical confrontation, and other offensive behavior. You must remain indoors at all times and not engage with patrons who depart the property for physical confrontation or theft.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable with report writing, and possess active Law Enforcement credentials or certification card(s). A tactical uniform will be provided, and you will be expected to maintain all certifications with the Colorado Springs Clerk's Office.
