Skilled LPN Nurse for Home Healthcare

About the Role:
In this role, you will work as part of our team to provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, executing physicians' prescribed plans of care and documenting compliantly in our system of record.
You will be responsible for administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
Your dedication and expertise will help us deliver high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each patient.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you must have a good standing license (LPN) in the state where you will practice, at least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience, and current CPR certification.
You should be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents, working flexible schedules that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
