Home Health Registered Nurse Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Florida.

This is a full-time opportunity to provide high-quality home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Nassau County and North Jacksonville, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
  • Develop and maintain a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
